My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were immaculately clean, very quiet, and provided excellent privacy. The reception staff was outstandingly helpful. However, I found the service to my family to be truly amazing. The location with a garden view was a lovely touch, although I wish it was closer to Parque del Cafe. Overall, a great experience with some minor drawbacks.
